I am a licensed marco and clinical social worker. I hold a BA in psychology from St. Mary's College of Orchard Lake and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
I have served on staff with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office as a counselor, case manager, and supervisor of services to the inmate population providing mental health and substance counseling, crisis intervention and rehabilitative programming.
I have served as volunteer broad member to a local domestic violence agency dedicated to providing support, education, and raising awareness about abuse to families suffering from domestic violence.
I am dedicated to social action and community-based needs through local volunteerism.
I believe in working closely with people to help them reach their fullest potential through developing goals, creating healthy boundaries, and empowering them for change.
Using evidence-based cognitive behavioral methods, I will help you challenge everyday thinking that keeps you locked in self-destructive or unhealthy patterns, to ultimately improve your quality of life and satisfaction of relationships.
It is crucial for you to understand your issues fully so corrective action and healing may happen.
